About Amy
Welcome! I'm Amy (she/they), a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA) and ecotherapist based in Seattle, WA. In our sessions, I focus on the strengths you bring and work collaboratively with you to set goals and the pace of our work together. I provide an authentic and relatable experience, one in which we are working hard on your goals, while also taking time to be human together.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, and stress/burnout, however my breadth of training and experience spans many client concerns and identities. I integrate IFS (internal family systems) and ecotherapy, working alongside your internal system and the natural world to aid in your healing and growth.
I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where all of your unique identities are respected and celebrated. I am LGBTQ+, disability, and neurodivergent affirming, and I draw from my own experiences as a queer neurodivergent person to bring empathy and understanding to our work together.
